I was looking for a dress that wasn't strapless (who wants to try to keep the girls under control all night while everyone is watching you?!) These lace cap sleeves are gorgeous! I was also excited not to have a super puffy dress- this one let me dance and move like a normal person. The keyhole back was what sold me. It is elegant and classy. The dress is ivory and has a chapel train.
This dress is a 4P. I did not have it taken in or hemmed. I did have a bustle installed. There are seven buttons, and it is an underbustle- so the train completely disappears for the reception. I also had the boning removed from the bust. I am a 32B and the boning was sticking out strangely so the seamstress simply removed them.
The dress has been drycleaned and is in excellent condition. No stains, tears or defects.
I am so glad I choose this dress. I got so many compliments, and I felt comfortable and like "me" in it!
